2. Pre-Positioning
Parameters are input (or historical details recalled), and the operator roughly aligns the flexo plate’s Cross mark or image with the laser spot to complete the initial positioning.
3. Automatic Precision Positioning
The image recognition system activated, with the camera scanning the marks on the plate . The system automatically fine tunes the plate position, the accuracy up to 6um.
4. Automatic Mounting
The electric platform enables fully automatic plate mounting with out operator intervention.
